WANNASEE PENRITH 2025 EARLY BIRD TICKETS ON SALE HERE FROM MON 24th NOV 2024
FESTIVAL TICKETS are all charged per person and can be purchased with or without camping. Camping tickets are Full Weekend (Fri to Sun) only, and Non-Camping tickets can be purchased for either the Full Weekend or separately for the Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Every camping ticket includes a tent pitch and car/motorbike parking space, free of charge. If bringing a live in vehicle, you will also need to buy a live-in vehicle permit per vehicle.
The tickets are broken into two age brackets: ADULTS AGE 16+ and 5-15 YEAR OLDS. Infants under 5 are free and do not require a ticket. Please note that ALL ages need their own ticket (other than infants under 5 years old).
WHEN ARE TICKETS RECEIVED?: To prevent ticket fraud, the electronic tickets are available for you to download two weeks before the festival dates and you will receive email confirmation when they are ready to download.
MOTORHOMES/CARAVANS/ CAMPER VANS/: If you are camping in one of these, rather than a tent, you must order a camping ticket per person, and then a LIVE-IN VEHICLE permit per vehicle. This is so we can accurately mark out pitch sizes. Pitch sizes are 7m x 8m which is sufficient space for a caravan, car and small awning, or campervan/motorhome with awning. Any live in vehicles which do not fit into this space will need to contact us in order to discuss your requirements. Any live in vehicles that turn up to the festival WITHOUT a permit will be turned away, or, if we have any pitches available, will need to buy this permit at the final sale price which will not include any early bird discount.
THURSDAY EARLY ARRIVAL TICKET: New for 2025 - Everyone who buys a Super Early Bird ticket, or Early Bird ticket, can get free early arrival into the festival from Thursday 21st August 2025, from 1pm. This will also include access to the Thursday Welcome Night where, for the first time at Penrith, the arena will be open with live music, bars, food stalls and entertainment. If you DO NOT have a Super Early Bird or Early Bird ticket, you will need to buy a THURSDAY EARLY ENTRY TICKET to arrive on Thursday 21st August. If you do not have the Thursday Early Arrival ticket or a Super Early Bird/Early Bird ticket, you will not be allowed access into the festival until Friday 10am.
DISABLED ACCESS TICKETS: To obtain access to these facilities, you will need to contact our team to ask for an Accessibility Questionnaire which is used to help determine exactly which areas are needed to enhance your experience. Please email us at [email protected]
CARERS: If you are disabled and require the assistance of a carer (or in the case of a disabled customer aged under 18, an additional carer, in addition to the ticket holder aged over 18, which is required to accompany you), you may apply for a free Carers Ticket to accompany you at the festival. If you wish to apply for the same please email us at [email protected] or via our Contact Page after purchasing your ticket(s)
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Anyone aged 14-17 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult (age 25 or above). Anyone aged 13 or under MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult (age 18 or above).
POSH LOO TICKETS: After accepting that our capability in this area is limited, but listening to the requests of our customers, we have partnered up with an event hospitality group to offer a Posh Loo Package at Wannasee Penrith. This will consist of an area containing posh, flushing trailer style toilets, hot handwashing facilities and showers which are maintained and cleaned 24/7 by a dedicated team. This area will be located near to the Bus Drop Off area and will be accessible from both the Arena and the Campsites. These are similar to the offering at other well known festivals across the UK and are operated to an extremely high standard. Each person will need to buy a posh loo ticket to access these facilities.
SHUTTLE BUS TICKETS: The return shuttle bus for Wannasee Penrith, will be available for non-camping customers who don’t want to drive there. To take advantage of our shuttle bus service to and from the festival in 2025, there will be a nominal charge for this service to help cover ever increasing costs. This cost covers you for all 3 days. To use the bus, you will need a “Shuttle Bus Ticket” but this is included free of charge for Super Early Bird and Early Bird non-camping Ticket Holders. The bus will be available on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday, picking up in Penrith town centre, outside Sainsbury’s car park (there will be a bus stop sign) starting before the festival opens each day and running continuously back and forth between Penrith and the Festival Site, until after it closes each night. They’ll leave each hour, on the hour and return approximately on the half hour for a 30 minute wait at Sainsburys to load up again. Exact timings can be found in our Q&A info section under 'shuttle bus'
